1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Gift cards or digital products.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@whitoosmile.com with your order details.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds After Return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 5β10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
